The Southampton Learning Environment (SLE) will be the one stop shop for the learning and living needs of students at the University of Southampton an integrated,digital world readily providing for all aspects of the learner journey. Enabling provision of learning materials, communication platforms, administration services and social interactions, all within an evolving and involving, empowering and personalised environment. The SLE will support staff in their teaching at the University of Southampton, and enable them to benefit from the opportunities and benefits offered by technology. At the same time, we wish to ensure that the SLE supports the educational strategy of the University.

The SLE will be a virtual adaptable and innovative environment fit for the next 10 years.
